Object position on the island

Family Pende's house is situated just 15 minutes walking from the old town Rab, the center of the island and less then 5 min from the beach and sport facilities as well as from restaurants.

The house has wonderful courtyard with numerous old olive trees. The parking place is shadowed with those trees as with holm oak trees.

The house is consisted of ground floor, one floor and a attic. In the ground-floor is situated one-bedroom apartment with a living room and with part of the house garden.

The entire attic is a large apartment with three bedrooms suitable for 6 to 10 person as in 2 bedrooms can be set up additional beds and the living room couch is recruitable and comfortable for 2 person.
The apartment has large terrace which is the best point of the apartment as it gives relaxing moments with a wonderful view to the sea and a isle.
