Family Milena Grce's house is situated in the place of Barbat which offers various tourist facilities. The house is located only 70 m from the seaside and 50 m from the restaurant Aco, with the very famous reputation on the island.

The house has beautrful courtyard with olive trees and holm oak trees, outside barbecue and garden furniture as well as the private parking lot.

The house is consisted of ground floor and first floor. Two 2-bedroom apartments (1, 2) are situated on the ground floor and one 1-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor. In all apartments each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The house has its own boat berth 70m from the object.
